Taipei Hostel was the first hostel in Taipei, and it continues to lead in accommodation, service, and facilities. Staff at the hostel are very helpful in writing out instructions in Mandarin to help you find your way to your destination, wherever that may be in Taiwan. This sort of help is priceless as it has been invaluable for those not very familiar with the language.
